The KTB bucket auction offers a fun opportunity to come away from the conference with a special gift! Tickets will be available for purchase for just $1 each during the GCAA Networking Reception, scheduled for Wednesday, June 27. Attendees can browse our array of donated gifts, choose their favorites and drop a ticket into the corresponding bucket. The winners will be announced onsite that evening!
We need you to make our bucket auction great. Your participation not only allows us to raise funds critical to our success, but gives you and your community a platform on which to shine!
Are you a creative type who indulges in crafts on the side? Are you trying to gain more exposure for your small business? Perhaps you're a budding chef, personal trainer, travel agent or event planner? The auction cannot succeed without donations from you. If you'd like to donate goods or services, please download the appropriate form under 'related items.'

Are you looking for a way to reconnect with your colleagues and lend an extra hand in the process? Consider volunteering with KTB during the conference. We have a variety of duties that require a smiling face and friendly disposition, and we'd love to have you on board as part of the team!
Take a moment to check out the responsibilities and time slots that are currently available; we ask that you are available for the entirety of a given shift, but understand that, in some instances, the shift may be broken up (i.e. the gift shop is closed midday for the keynote luncheon).

Gift Shop
Volunteers will faciliate merchandise sales, help re-stock supplies and handle all financial transactions. Training will be provided.
Tuesday, June 26 -- 10:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, June 27 -- 11:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, June 28 -- 10:15 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Awards Room
Volunteers will assist winners with locating and retrieving their awards, and ensuring display items remain in the possession of KTB.
Tuesday, June 26 -- 1:30 p.m. – 3:15 p.m.
Wednesday, June 27 -- 10:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Raffle Ticket Sales
Volunteers will mingle with attendees during session and meal breaks in order to sell tickets onsite; they may also be asked to man the ticket sales table.
Monday, June 25 – Thursday, June 28 (program breaks only)

Volunteers will assist with bucket auction setup and teardown, ticket sales and distribution of prizes.
